Rock on baby rock on!! Can't WAIT to see him get some preseason action...even though it will probably be with the 3rd teams at first. Hey, that wouldn't be so bad, at least with the 3rd teamers you know he'll probably end up looking pretty darn good, good way to get some production in peoples eyes before they could be disappointed by one bad carry or somethin.

Ronnie To Sign Contract Monday...

[Palm Beach Post] Dolphins running back Ronnie Brown, the second pick of this year's NFL Draft, said Sunday he expects to sign a contract in Davie Monday, ending a three-week holdout. A source close to the negotiations also confirmed plans for Monday's meeting with team officials.
"It's pretty much finalized," Brown said, seated on a red, suede couch inside the house he purchased for his family in March.
Brown's agent, Todd France, arrived at the home Sunday at 4 p.m. and called a family meeting between Brown, his mother, Joyce, and his father, Ronnie.
The rookie said he then planned to finish some last-minute packing before leaving with France to board a plane bound for Fort Lauderdale on Sunday night.
France did not comment and did not return calls to discuss further details of the deal.
Based on contracts already signed by 49ers' quarterback Alex Smith Browns' wide receiver Braylon Edwards, Brown could receive a deal in the range of five years, including $20 million guaranteed. If negotiations move quickly, Brown could join the team at the Dolphins training facility as soon as today's 1 p.m.
