I presently have Miami $3,373,661 over an approximate adjusted salary cap of $84.9 million with $8,623,386 "dead cap"

NOTE: Miami's cap adjustment was a cap debit of approx. $9.5 million.....I do not have an official number yet. This is why Miami's adjusted salary cap is approx. $84.9 million.

All transactions up to date.....

The salary cap numbers will flucuate a great deal in days to come. Fins have a LOT of work to do still. How about letting the dust settle before y'all start 20 threads about the salary cap

That's not bad at all especially if the CBA goes into effect. If it does then we will have enough for Brees and Bentley and signing the rookies.

I see us Cutting Frerrote and restructuring JT and Zach and we get Brees/
Ramsey and then go into the draft.

Thanks Clumpy, you the man.

I think we can get rid of 3 1/2 mil tomorrow fairly easily.
It'll be a big boost if the CBA is worked out on both sides, then we'll have a lot of cap to play with and maybe we can sign Sam back.

Clumpster

Can McMike's bonus be guaranteed and amoritized over the four years remaining in his contract?

Wasn't the bonus structured that way in case he messed up off the field again?

Thanks

I think we cut Gus and someone else, and then restructure JT and ZT.

We would be in decent shape and if the CBA goes into effect, will be looking good.

Can somebody find out

what are salary cap really is? I heard about 15 different numbers in the last day on this board. What is it?

Doesn't ronnie's contract have a double digit option bonus thats due soon?
