Our Real Hero of the Game

Yes Sage and Chambers were heros for us today but alot of people forgot who made all this possible, his name is Sam Madsion, with out his INT we would of never won this game, So if i had a game ball i would give it to 3 ppl. Chambers, Sage, and Madsion for helping us win this game, and also nice call by Saban for putting in Sage

He didn't have a choice of putting Sage in Gus got a concusion, and yes that Madison pick was HUGE.

o my bad, i did not know about Gus, i did not watch it i just went to NFL.com and watch it

Sam Madison's Game turning INT!!

He finally got one and it couldn't have came at a better and more important time. That was the play that turned the game around for us.

Where's the "cut Sam" threads this week? There will be none... Held Moulds in check the entire game, and had the big play.

It's a shame too because Madison could easily have an interception in each of the past three games. The easy drop vs Cleveland then last week vs Oakland where a penalty negated his other interception.

There will be NONE OF THOSE this week.

It kind of pisses me off though...Sam played VERY well today and has played at a very high level all year. He take way too much crap around here.

To be honest the only difference between today and almost EVERY week this season is Sam got an interception. Other then that he's been doing what he did today all year....locking recievers up.

The pick was huge, but elsewhere in the game he was not good at all.

On the Bills third touchdown (I think) he did his "shut-my-eyes when I tackle routine and hit our own guy instead of Evans who was bobbling the ball. A hit by Sam would have caused a fumble.

Watch the replay. He takes out the other Dolphin going for the tackle.

He has to stop closing his eyes when he tackles.

Yup... Madison has been awesome all year long, IMO. He's stepped up and has done everything he was asked. It's annoying to watch Howard, Daniels, etc... struggle and then to read "Cut Sam, he sucks!!!" when all the guy does is hustle and make plays (interceptions are not the only plays to be made for anyone confused by that statement).

It is rather ironic that his int would be the play that began the comeback today, when his bobbling a potential int into the hands of Lav Coles for a Jets TD was the play imo, that opened the flood gates for their comback in the Monday Night Meltdown.
Great play by Sam today, and I agree that he takes too much heat around here when he is still our best DB week after week. He does not get thrown at as much now with a rookie in Daniels and a marginal player like Howard across from him.
