With news that he will be released, wouldn't he be a great pick up? He would be cheap, veteran receiver and would fill a hole. Who's with me?

The guy hasn't played in over a year and wasn't good the last year he did play. He hasn't really been that good since he was with Philly. He was decent with the Pats but he admitted then that he had multiple personality disorder.

I will pass on the guy. He has always been an injury proned player with suspect hands. And he brings alot of baggage.

This guys hands might make Ted Ginn look like a #1 receiver! Ok maybe not that bad but he does have suspect hands!

PASS!!!!

This is what ESPN Insider Scouts Report says on Stallworth

2009 Scouting Report - Scouts Inc.
Grade: 66 | Key

Comment: Stallworth has natural ability, but he is very inconsistent and is very difficult to count on either on or off the field. He is quick to fall out of favor with his team and has bounced around the league at an alarming rate. He is tightly wound with explosive qualities, long speed and run-after-the-catch ability. He isn't overly powerful and has average ball and route-running skills.

I prefer not to sign guys that have killed people no matter what their talent level or our needs maybe!

The incident with the killed pedestrian took place in Miami.... Probably wouldn't be a good fit.

Yeah, playing for a team in the city where you killed someone might not be good for your image. I guessing that's why Michael Vick didn't go back to Atlanta.

yeah, lets get as many Ted Ginns as possible....matter afact,Teddy is actually a notch higher than Stallworth, seeing how hes never been in handcuffs.....(in a good
way,anyway....)

They'd proboably only hit his hands for a few seconds anyway or he would avoid them by running out of bounds

He's not worth the money or the bad publicity.

Boldin would be a great addition. I'm sure they will bring in a vet and draft at least one as well.

Signing this guy would just waste a roster spot.

He will get signed by some team probably. There is another player who killed someone in a DUI and he's still playing. He actually got another DUI after killing someone while he was signed and playing for a team.

I think he even plays in the same city as the death occured.
