I'm glad they will be at the game cheering from the stands. I would rather they be on the field of course.
 
i think this irrelevant. they are on injured reserve. both vital parts to our teams success but there is no reason for them to be on the sidelines unless they were calling in plays or formations. they should sit in the luxery box with wayne and kick back and relax...watch their teammates beat up on the ravens
 
It's just that Camarillo and Smiley are two big reasons why we have an 11-5 record. They deserve to be on the sidelines with their teammates. I think calling injured players a "distraction" is an insult.
 
Is Probably A Matter Of Psychology With Sparano. Hey Watever Decision He Makes Les Go With It. He And His Personall Know Wat There Doing. Maybe Is More Of A Your Injured. So Therefore U Aint Goin To War With Us. The Ones On The Field We Ready Fo War.! Lol And Is True If U Aint Got Inspiration Or Motivation To Get Up And Get Suped Up For This Game Ur In The Wrong Sport. They Dont Need Guys Limpin Around In Crutches Or Undressed On The Sideline Not Doin Jack...not A Big Deal To Me Personally.

if this is the case then I agree with you. I think any player that contributed to this teams success this year should be on the sidelines. It would be hard to watch your teammates from the stands.

THen again, sparano has done an excellent job with the team this year, so I would defer to his judgement. :)
 
I had not heard of this but I can believe it. Not so sure I agree but I think it goes back to the whole "you had better not get injured" concept. It is a mind set, I think not letting them on the sidelines is a bit much but as long as we are winning he can demand they dress up in band uniforms and perform the half time show and I will be ok with it.

Nothing wrong with this decision. It's just coaches' preference. That means though you know they're going to put him on the Jumbotron during the game probably.

they have no reason to be there. all they will want to do or all they can do is shoot the **** with their teammates. that is taking away their focus

It might just be a case of not wanting OTHERS on the sideline.

Tony can now deny access to those requesting/demanding sideline access saying that his own injured players will not be there.

IOW, other motives may be involved.
 
No big deal in my eyes. If anything, put 'em in the press box and let 'em have a good time eating shrimp and drinking beer
