I know that about this time evey year we say this, but I can't wait for this season to begin and I think we will have a hell of a team this year. The ferocity of our defense alone get me pumped, with the addition of Porter we are going to have the scariest D in the league. With our new approch on offence, a new QB and interior o-linemen, and new speed threats in Ginn and Booker we stand to make a big improvement on Offense from last year.
45 more days until preseason...I can't wait.

I have felt like that for the last 10 years---We will see

I've felt that way since conception. This team is going to be exciting to watch not matter how our record fairs. We will be in every game except 1 or maybe 2 and if our offense improves to the middle of the pack, we are going to playoffs.

And u made this thread because....

This post helps the thread in absolutely no way. He's excited and anticpates football. It's cool to see this stuff with so much negativity and crabs complianing about how crapy we're going to be. Just think if there was no optimism and that's all we read all off-season.

Lets make a thread saying im ready for football..Well if ur on this site u should like football so wuts the point of making this thread?

I love your enthusiasm, but seriously we can only be a 9-7 team at best, cant we?

They could be any where from 14-2 to 2-14, that's the beauty of the NFL, we don't know. Last year there was a team from New Orleans that had MILLIONS of question marks. But, they had everything on their team come together. Their previously injured QB was awesome, their previously injured running back came to have a great year, they nailed a 7th round gem, the defense wasn't great, but held up, and the offensive line rose their game. That was a team that scared no one prior to week 3.

If everything comes together for the Dolphins as it did for the Saints, Miami could be a 13-3 team as well. I don't know if the Dolphins have the talent to go to the Super Bowl, but they could certainly go as far as the Saints did a year ago.

Think about this:

Baltimore 2005, 6-10. 2006 13-3
NY Jets 2005, 4-12. 2006 10-6
New Orleans 2005, 4-12. 2004 13-3

Why not?

I really didn't cope very well with that one shag. But yeah I realise that some teams can turn it around quickly, but it isn't usually the norm. I just think that 9-7 is a realistic season

I don't think any of us liked seeing that my man.

I'm simply just trying to show that it's certainly not impossible. Yes, the odds are against us, but like I said, why not us?

No it isn't impossible shag. It is better to be pro active rather than being a pessimist :bighug:
