Interesting little article, I must say Im happy they have completed the coaching staff, as now they can start really evaluating the team and start figuring out what there going to do in the draft.

All i'm going to say is we'll see what his staff of "idea people" does with the current players on the team,FA,and the draft.....and how they hopefully go about turning the Dolphins around and making them into a good to great football team again.

I agree. I remember that Saban was also good with sound bites, spin and making comments that sounded nice, but was unable to produce results. I'm not saying Sparano will be the same, just that it's going to take more than just some pretty words to convince me.
