MERGED:Sparano job update/Sounds like Denver game might be his last

I'll be pissed if Tony is fired.

How Ross and Ireland and the Players can let Tony feel the entire brunt of this mess is totally shamefull. What kind of organization is this??

Tony Sparano may be an average coach, but he's not bad enough at his job to let a team lose 8 in a row. The team structure is where the focus should centered on. Ross that d*mbsh*t thinks we've got the players necessary to be a good team? Please, the vision of the team is about as badly put together as any team I've seen the Dolphins ever field.

This is the one team that has never ever shown any heart or fire to be successful. Ireland has assembled a team of F*CKING LOSERS

what do you think Tony does well? Even average?

to me he is a coach with no offensive or defensive system. He cannot call plays. He cannot evaluate talent. His o-line (supposed bread and butter) is overpaid and sucks. He is still starting Columbo (ie he has no judgment). He calls bad timeouts. He takes knees with a minute left in the half while losing.

He belongs on the f'n street. He has no business being on an NFL field. Hire a playcaller please. Somebody with a non-archaic offensive system to be specific

Group dynamics do not work by singling out one scapegoat for a total group failure. If you believe this, you are the ignorant one.

Secondly "tough guy" don't throw out descriptions like ignorant through some anonymous veil. That's classic Ireland.

Look Sparano is the very definition of average. He's terrible at evaluating talent, he's poor at multi-tasking, and horrendous at in game managing. He's getting worse not better with each game. He'll never be the second coming of a Bill Walsh or Bill Belichick. He's Mike Tice 2.0, but it doesn't mean he can't win when the talent is halfway decent (see 2008). My point is that the team structure is severely lacking, the entire makeup of the roster just doesn't fit well together. How is that Sparano's fault? He coaches what he's given and it's a collection of overpaid, mentally weak impostors.

Sparano will get fired and coach Offensive Line for some team and seemingly do well. I can't say the same thing for Ireland.

At least win one game. One. Lose this weekend to get Tony fired, I'm done with his rhetoric.

Yes. Yes they can. If it can happen in war, it can happen in football. The will of a leader
speaking to men that are conditioned to respond to a leader is victory or disaster, depending upon the leader.

Every man is accountable for his own actions, but this is the NFL..Not distance running. All
the cogs have to be in gear. That points right up through the chain from QB to HC to GM.

I'm no expert sir, but I've lead men. I've done so for the better part of two decades.

If he sticks around then he's obviously staying for the money. If he walks away then that saves Ross' money. That's why you just inform him professionally (key word, as the Harbaugh gate was completely unprofessional) that this will be his final season and that we will be moving on without him next season.
 
European Dolphin fanatic. I live in Denmark, through thw onders of slingbox i have access to an HD direct TV package with Sunday Ticket. This costs me a small fortune but it means i get to see my Fins every week, my wife(also a huge Fin fan) and I have been to five games at Sun life the last four years and this also cost me a small fortune. We have a large amounf of fin memorabilia and merchandise and surprise this also cost me a small fortune.

Now on Monday I attempted to ride the "suck for Luck" wagon and tried not to thrown things at the T V. however my passion for the Fins took hold and as is the normal i was ranting and raving with two minutes. However when Sporano fist pumped yet another failed red zone TD i flipped. This bloody franchise owes me and the rest of the Fin nation. I couldn't give a rats *** about celebrity fan this or red carpet that. I WANT A SUCCESFUL FOOTBALL TEAM!!!!!

Now Sporano needs to go and if the man had any testicular fortitude he would walk and take that half brain Ireland with him.
