is he any good? inside linebacker is all i know but he played for a 4-3

He's a serviceable starter/backup who's pretty good on special teams. He also has the size for a 3-4. He's 6-4 250. He was actually drafted by the Texans when they ran the 3-4 under Dom Capers.

He would be a good pickup at the right price.

Special teams is so critical, as we all learned last year. Looks like the final 3-4 ILB spot will be open to competition; Torbor, maybe Anderson, maybe a draft pick. Overall, improvements over Donnie Spragan.
