:roflmao:

Good lord....I was hoping I wouldn't see anymore "leave Ricky alone/give him a second chance" threads anymore. but behold, same people talking about, the same exact stuff for days and days. :shakeno:

anti-Ricky people: I know yall are just responding to the threads, started by what seems to be new guys, but I know you guys are getting tired of repeating your same words over and over again.

Pro-Ricky people: Theres at least 7 threads alone, about Ricky saying we should give him a second chance........we should thank Ricky. ...............

I know, b/c I started like 2 of them, maybe 3, and they are pages long.

Suggestion: use the search function and you'll find lots of Ricky threads for your reading pleasure. you'll also find your same arguments, and same responses.

Pro-Ricky / Anti-Ricky........I think I speak for all of us when, I say, "When will these Ricky threads end?!?!?!" Especially the same topics, arguments, and responses recycled daily.

This is like the movie "Ground-Hog Day"

More kettle/pot talk. We don't care.......neither did you when you refused to follow other threads and created your own.

I think you meant dude, but that's ok. I care about last year. and as a business owner, I care about what my "potential employee's" did last year. Past performance predicts future bahavior. That's how many business owners look at it when we are making hiring decisions. Just because it happened last year, doesn't make it go away and doesn't make it any less pertinant. If a child molester move in next door (yes, we exagerrate to make points), would you take that into consideration before you let your kids play inside his house? Even if it happened last year? Please dont start the "you can't compare someone who walked away froma job to a sex offender" argument. I am not comparing the two in severity. I am meely trying to prove that what heppened last year is releveant.

But aqua is right. I need to let it go. Wait, maybe I'm the monkey? I am starting to be one taht posts the same thing over and over again. It's just so hard not to respond to the Ricky-apologists and their lame line of thinking. I need therapy. Wanna join, Tarheel?
Sure, I could use some therapy after trying to make points to some of these blinded knuckleheads.

Wow!!! I see a bunch of people who need hobbies. Reading this thread was like watching my 10 yr. old and 4 yr old fight.
Flashback. . . .1984. . . . .middle school. . . .12 year olds trying to get their opinion drilled in to everyone else. How many people here would post things that they've done in their lives? Oh and I bet you wouldn't defend your point or give a bunch of excuses as to why you did it. Ever let down a family member? Ever lied to your parents when you were growing up? Isn't doing that to family a whole lot more important than a game? There isn't a person here who hasn't done something stupid that they wish they could take back and hope beyond hope that they don't get reminded about it every time they turn around. But you must be more important and worthy of "YOUR" reasons than Ricky Williams. Get off your high horse and get behind your team. Who cares if he comes back or not. If he does, and he's committed and serious, are you going to not be standing in your living room screaming like a maniac when he's sprinting down the field 40 yards for a TD with the Bills defense chasing him. Of course you will. Like you're gonna complain and wish the officials would take back his Scores because
"he doesn't deserve to play in the NFL" If he comes back and isn't committed, then he won't play and H2 will sprint down the field for 40 yards with the Bills defense chasing him. What's the worst that could happen? Are you going to lose your life? Sounds like it. Grow up and quit bashing each other for having a different feeling than you. How do you hold down a job if it's THAT important to you to get your way? Buy some golf clubs or something.
Finally, a couple of you should step foot in church and face the Man before you start bashing his word.

I love this argument. Saban doesn't care what you think so my opinion is right. I love it!

No, it doesn't prove my opinion is right. My opinion is simply that...an opinion. It's no more right or wrong than yours. However, it is based partly on comments from Saban himself. There must be some reason he wants to bring this guy back. Maybe to make the team better? My point was it's Saban's decision, not ours. We all have opinions, but when Saban is making a decision about what to do with any player, I really don't think he cares what our opinions are.

So you make fun of the arguments being said on here and then you pretty much go ahead and argue your own point which is also one I've seen a million times (the we've all done what Ricky did schlock)? And by the way, most of us who don't support Ricky Williams don't "bash each other for having a different feeling than you do", myself included, we just respond to people like you telling us to "grow up" because we think differently than you do.

I'm bashing the arguing not that noone agrees with me. The only person I bashed in my reply was the guy talking bad about church. I'm not trying to get people to agree with my Ricky theory. I am just stating to them that people start cussing at each other and acting like 12 year olds when someone diagrees. I will however say that my opinion is that the fans of this team should calm down and let the management judge the situation because it seems that Saban has been doing a great job of leadership so far and there are no signs that he can't take care of any problems that Ricky may bring.
I do love the passion that our fans have though. It may not come out the right way all the time but living 4 hours away from Miami and not getting to be in the heart of the area makes it rough to understand the support that my fins have. All I hear from our TV stations up here in the Orlando area are about the Bucs. Everyone keep your passion for the team and aim it at the Patriots, Bills, and Jets not other Fin fans.

Who was talking bad about church????? Are you friggin' stupid? An earlier poster mentioned that those of us are who anti- were acting like we'd never sinned before and I pointed out this has nothing to do with sins or church. Learn to read and learn to point/counterpoint better. Your only argument is "Ricky will break a 40 yard run and you will all be cheering." Is that all you've got to say? No wait, you also started the bashing session fairly quickly.........which was amazing considering you only had 6 posts to your name, unless your a ghost account from another poster which wouldn't surprise me at all.

And what about Nick Saban would let you know he could cure the mental ailments of a Ricky Williams. Please.........I'd LOVE for all of us to be able to read why. And don't give me some generic "Nick's a leader." I want indepth, examples of his past where he dealt with somebody like Ricky...... something to show me you actually have a brain and are incapable of carrying on a discussion.

Forgiving is not forgetting. It's letting go of the hurt. I was really upset when I found out Ricky quit. I was so looking forward to the season and we all know what happened. But thats the past. Nothing we can do will change it. We only have the present. Forgiving someone is one the best gifts you can give to yourself. Ricky is Ricky and he is moving with life, good or bad its his life. Forgiveness allows you to move on too. Peace.

First of all, I have no idea what being a ghost account would require so I don't think you're talking about me, and second, so because you spend your day on the computer posting your opinion and arguing with people to the tune of 1600 posts that means I am unable to carry on a intellegent conversation about football? I don't have nor do I need an indepth example of how Saban has dealt with people with mental issues. I imagine that you are speaking from experience since obviously your parents would be able to give a true to life litany of examples of handling someone unstable after raising you. (don't start with me, you're out of your league)
What I was stating was that all we have to go by is what Saban has done and how he has handled things this far. From what I can tell he will handle problems with Ricky as he has everything else to this point. That's what I was saying. Man you really don't like it when someone disagrees with you do you? It's no big deal man. What do you do in your free time? . . . . I mean besides post on this site.

You don't have nor do you need an indepth example? That's because you don't have one. That's right! You don't! And resorting to bashing me, accusing me of this site being my life only and disrespectfully invoking my family life reconfirms my first assumption that you have no clue what you're talking about. My how quickly we resort to name-calling when we can't form a response. It has nothing to do with me not liking somebody disagreeing with me. In fact I LOVE to argue. I LOVE to make people like you look ridiculous because you cannot put forth a well thought out defense for your statements. I asked for one and all I got was the equivalent of a playschool diss ....... Go ahead man.....give me another one of your zingers or go create a "We need Freddie Mitchell" thread, because you definately don't have a "true to life litany" of quality answers to legimate questions like "How can Nick Saban help Ricky?" Now go sit by your tv tube waiting for Ricky to bust a 40 yard touchdown run. Go, go, little child, before you miss it!

Hahah why is that?

Hey man, I'm passionate about my team, especially when the very man who tore it apart wants back on it. Ricky-hater loud and proud.
