I was listening to Cam's Gulf Tournament Press Conference and he said that Toledo and Goodman are still rehabing, he said they would find out more Monday, but as for now they are still sidelined.

It is looking more and more that either Toledo will end up on IR or get released this season. The kid has been injured constantly since his rookie season. Goodman I hope is ready for the season opener the guy really stepped up last year and was one of our best FA aquisations.

Edgar Thompson, of the Palm Beach Post, reports Miami Dolphins G Joe Toledo (foot) is not expected to be ready when training camp opens Saturday, July 28.

Probably he will be in IR not Released

Poor guy will either be on Injured Reserve or might get cut! I persoanlly think we might see Wilson fill his voids. Chances are Wilson will back-up Shelton and Alabi will back-up Carey or challenge Shelton. I have also read people are expecting Stevenson to back-up Hadnot, my personal opinion is that Esera will beat him out. The last time I saw Stevenson was taking snaps with the third team at C.

Well it is hard to make a roster when you're on the training table, especially when you were injured last year and chosen by a previous regime. It will be interesting to see if he can make it back for TC in some form. Plus will he make the final roster..........I'd have to say no at this point but I'm not 100% sure.

If we cut him that would truly suck........wasted pick.....again.

Wasted pick by a prior regime. We need to move on and leave the past behind.....I would have to see TOledo play, the kid showed alot of upside in his rookie year, but we need players that can play. Toledo is the new version of Will Poole.

I guess we are really relying on Mormino then huh? Because after Mormino or Leiwinski all the other guys are a step down to some degree from those two.

Maan. This does suck. He might get cut purely because Cam and Hud aren't going to get a chance to evaluate him. I hope we don't wind up wasting another draft pick. Maybe he can be back by the 2nd preseason game or something. They said in training camp last year that he had fairly quick feet and agility for a tackle since he used to play tight end for Washington.

In college and last year it was his knee, this year I think it's his foot that he injured getting out of the whirlpool. His doctors messed up and it didn't heal back properly so they had to actually re-break the bone ... and it still ain't healed up. Imagine getting cut from the team and hurting your NFL career because your doctor screwed something up.

That stinks....

I do have a question however, how long has he been with the Phins and has he ever played a down?

Ok...technically thats two question.

He was drafted last year in the 4th. He took some snaps in the first preseason gaem and left with an injury and has not played a down since. he has been injured to some extent for the last 5 years and has never completed a full season since he went to college.

Its almost like he's been injured so much that he has killed his body therefore the slightest thing takes forever. His body has just broken down it appears..........I'm just guessing all this but it would have been nice to see what he has got other than a nice list of referenced doctors.

I think he hurt his knee in one of the preseason games last year. He hasn't played in a regular season game yet. He really needed to be healthy for this training camp I know that. Like other people said, he's one of Saban's picks, so he really needed to impress the new HC in camp. Maybe Coach Houck has faith in his ability from last year and he'll convince Cam to keep him. He'll need to get in good shape in a hurry if he's back in a few weeks or so. I hope he's been studying that playbook and doing everything he can do physically to get ready for the season.
