IM a big ACDC fan as well, but i dont think that would be a good idea. It just seems like rap s better for writting a song like this. FOr one thing a lot more lyrics in rap songs most the time.
 
I like all types of music. I can listen to every thing from jonny cash to snoop...from Metallica to Jewel.......

alot of folks say that they hate rap music...and there is other reasons behind them hating it besides just the music............just sayin...

but anyways....I am all for a new song. I am tired of the old rip off from the houston oilers.

If he does make a song, I hope it's better than his last CD (Thug Matrimony)..

i understand the geezas on here not liking rap, but for those who do enjoy some hip-hop from time to time... trick is cool... i always liked his stuff back in the day (few years ago)... then i saw his cd cover with madisons jersey... the guy loves the phins!!!
Anyone see his house on MTV cribs?? He has a pimpin room designated only for watchin phins games and its covered in memorabilia.. I too will have such a shrine one day!! But they play his songs at EVERY sporting event... He mentions the dolphins in his biggest song just like hootie did... ( In "Take it to the house" which has become a football anthem.. he says.. "I'm in debt, cuz i bet wit da dolphins" ) I've definetley thought about trick making a phins song b4, it's good to hear it's a possibility.. The old fight song is just plain embarrasing.. it's stolen from the oilers and is not something to get pumped to.. AT ALL!!! it's really gay.. A new song or remake of one of his old songs will change the mentality of the fans!!! and for those who don't like hip-hop.... your gunna hear it played at the stadium anyway.
 
I love "Lets Go", but Miami's classic anthem is clearly "Take it to the House", and he should make a Fins mix. I was really disappointed with Trick's latest CD, because all of his other ones have been classics. Miami has a lot of fake rappers like Pitbull(who pretends to be something he clearly isnt), but Trick is the heart & soul of the city, although Wayne, TI, and Luda are 3 rappers I prefer than him. Screw tradition, if Trick makes a song...play it.

Oh, and Trick and Sam Madison are very close friends...

I'm not too big on rap myself. I'm more into the hard rock/metal scene. But I can do with some rap from time to time. And I definately wouldn't mind an updated version on our ancient fight song.

I applaud Trick for making such an offer. Hopefully he actually follows through with it.
