If incognito can prove he was unlawfully disscharged then he does have a case. It might noit be popular but Ritchie does have legal options. Now having the option to do it, and getting a judge to allow it are 2 different things. If people truely are innocent untill proven guilty then no matter the accusation Ritchie has a rigfht to defend himself.

He wasn't discharged, he was suspended. He has filed a grievance and if he wins he will most likely be re-instated and should receive all back pay.
He is still gone at the end of the year, imo. Plus he's not that good anyway so what team will even want him?

The only law suit he might have is against Martin for slander but that is unlikely given the evidence already made public.
