MERGED: Wade Smith SUCKS

I hated this move from the get go. Converted tight end?
 
Guy looks like Buckwheat from the Lil Rascals...and he blocks as well too...OOOTTAAY!

Wade Smith is the Jerry Wilson of the OL.
He was missing simple DL twist schemes that I remember how to pick up from High school! :lol:

How bad is Carey if he can't crack this line-up left side right side I don't care. D MAC we need you NOW brother!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And friggin' Wade Smith looked like a madador. O-lay as the D linemen went bye time after time!!!! :shakeno: :cry: :fire:
 
did anyone hear the ref on the first false start penalty... he said "everyone but the center" was offsdes.... how f'n pathetic is that??????

Our entire oline fell apart, and boy did Wade just make it worse. Hell give me a job and i will at least get run over every down. That would slow these guys up more than Wade is. We need line help and we need it now. No wonder our skill guys did nothing, the D was in the backfeild on handoffs.

Simple,Wanny and Wise fell in love with St. Clair at mini camp, Carey had a better pre-seasonm but because St Clair was one of Wanny and Wises boys (along with Whitley) he got the job(look what happened with Hadnot.

I want to see Hadnot and Carey get their chances. Hadnot has a mean streak(which this OL needs), and Carey atleast knows how to block. Hell, cut Whitely and Jerman bring back Yates and Pape.
 
wade smith performed better his rookie season than i thought he would, he has performed much worse his 2nd season than i thought he would. maybe it's the "sophomore jinx" and he will rebound in his 3rd year. or maybe he just doesn't fit this offense and should be traded to denver or san fran where they use smaller more athletic olineman. either way he needs some bench time soon as macintosh can go.

We just need fire, and olineman that can get mean, and kick butt! We aren't even close to that now!:cooldude:
 
The only positve I take from this game is that AJ Feeley can be our quarterback. In regards to the O-line and Wade Smith in particular, I believe he has played his last game at left tackle. The best blocker in the game was McMicheal. Enough said.
