I don't know but Wanny also said not to read to much into the SI article. I also say that he should pick a QB and stick with him.

Well, maybe, but I hope it doesn't backfire and make him try to play too hard and force throws. I think what Marvin Lewis did with Palmer, giving him full confidence, is the better way. But we shall see on Sunday.

I think it depends on the player involved. In Palmer's case, they made him the #1 overall pick and gave him a massive contract. To my thinking, Lewis had no choice but to hand him the job, and given that, to give him full support and confidence. I would think that even an ultra-conservative coach like Wanny would handle it the same way.

Feeley does not come in here with the same pedigree as Palmer and so far hasn't shown nearly enough to say that he's going to be a star quarterback. But the proof is on the field. If Feeley pushes himself too hard and throws 3 INTs, you've definitely got "I told you so" rights. ;)

So what Dave is saying, if we are playing a team that Minor and Lamar can rip for 300 yards, Jay gets the start. If we play a team where we might have to pass the ball downfield, then AJ gets the start?
If that is the truth than why did Jay get the start against the Titans who can stop the run and AJ is getting the start against the Bengals who can obviously not stop the run.

This is a recipe for disaster for Wanny. Parcells can do something like this because he can manipulate the game of football better than most any other coach out there. Wanny will find a way to make this thing even worse than it already is. If the QB changes again at any other time this year except for injury, the season is done and so is Wanny's tenure with the Phins.

DW is an idiot if he doesn't give A.J Feeley at least 4 starts in A ROW.

Who was the coach that said "having two quarterbacks is like having no quarterback"

If this is true it just goes to show how horrible of a coach Dave is. He's destroying our team. I want him out.

I think it is the same situation that has occured in the past. The only difference is he wants AJ to be smart with the football and not turn it over. I alos think this his his way of saying do not try to take big chance with the ball when it is not there. Clearly the job is AJ's.Unless he plays his way out of it. I do not see that happening.

He is the biggest idiot in sports. Does he not realize that is what cost him his job in Chicago? Just when I get optimistic, Wannstedt happens. That would be a great bumber sticker for us Dolphans: Wannstedt Happens.

Same thing happened in Chicago when Wanny was coaching there. RESULT: HE got run out of town. I have a bad feeling, history is repeating itself here..

If DW insists on playing Jay, he has signed his own retirement papers. However, if he goes with Feeley like Wayne and Rick want him to, then he did everything he could. You should always do what the boss man wants since he pays the bills.

If Dave plays musical chairs at QB, then he is signing his own termination papers.

However, if he makes the smart move and sticks with AJ Feeley, then he very likely will save his job. This is a season where improvement at the end of the season will be a big thing for Dave to keep his job. I hope he realizes this and sticks with AJ Feeley.

JESUS H. CHRIST!!!!! FIRE THIS SCHMUCK!!! I'VE HAD IT!!!
