what can wanny say. I believe he is the true reason Ricky left. There seemed to be a lot of animosity there and I even recall a short discussion about him with the raiders because he enjoyed playing for our old OC Norv Turner. Wanny is a nice guy but that's about it.

I think theres very little insight we can glean from anything Dave Wannstedt has to say, unless of course the question is what type of hair gel Jimmy uses or what type of bait rigs Jimmy uses when he goes fishing on three rings.

I don't think Wanny is the nice guy the media portrays. I've heard some stories on him from some physicians who were with the Bears during his time there. The guy appears to put forth a false persona when the cameras are on him.

Yep ... I think it has much more to do with $$ than who the coach is. If he didn't have an $8.6MIL lien on him, do you really think he would be coming back? I'm not a betting man, but I think I'd wager a 'no' on this one.

Wannstedts just one of the reasons ricky left along with the rest of last years horrible coaching staff so it doesnt matter what he says.

ricky also wanted less carries, more money and a new offensive coordinator...now he owes the team 8.6 m...nick saban, scott linehan, hudson houck and ronnie brown are there so now we have real coaches and a rb who wont have a problem sharing the rock...of course he was coming back...
