Two coaching staffs now have confirmed that Sage Rosenfels is not a starting caliber QB. Is he really worse than A.J.?

I don't know, I am just impatient. I desperately want good QB play out of this team THIS year. Please, just have someone throw more TDs than INTs, PLEASE!!!! It seems like forever since we have had that in any significant way.
