Sage won't play because 10-6 looks better on a resume than 9-7... If Wanny were staying or if we were under a new coaching regime already I might think Sage would have a chance to start but not under current circumstances.

In fact I would like to see the following players sit next week for fear of injury:

Chris Chambers
Ricky Williams
Zach Thomas
Jason Taylor
OGun
Surtain

Bascally sit the first stringers...

I mean wouldn't we rather lose this game anyway? Am i wrong? Draftwise, by winning Sunday we only hurt ourselves and help the Jets.

The coaches would look quite dumb if he (Sage)came out and played rather well. They're gonna stick with those that they feel give them the best chance to win it. Dave feels that that guy is Feidler.

As for Minor, I wish he would get more touches as well, but Ricky is the better back, and that's just the way it goes.
