Who should be the starting QB?

1. Joey Harrington

2. Cleo Lemons

3. Marcus Vick

4. Sign a Free Agent

I think that Harrington should still start. What do you think?

Lemon next week.

We are out of contention. Worst case scenario he stinks we lose a couple games. Best case scenario he plays lights out and we have a really good QB

I think that one loss due to a horrible performance by the team as a whole does not deem the QB a failure. I think Harrington showed alot of heart trying to carry the team to a win which ended up giving all the fairweathers an excuse to blame him for this loss.

Hopefully Saban is more level headed than the majority of the fans here...but that remains to be seen.

you mean the rest of this season? I'm rdy for the Lemon.

yes I mean the rest off the season.

And why does everyone want Lemon? Daunte was 1-3 before he was injured, and Joey is like 4-4. He has brought this team back from 1-6 to 5-7. lemon will just make it worse. Joey has saved this team from a definate no play-off to a almost/maybe. He deserves to start to Daunte is back.

It's been widely known for some time that the fans here and the term "level headed" do NOT go together. Having said that, I agree with you 100%.

Pedigree:

6'2 193
4,61 40 yards
34 vertical jump

Career stats : 0/0 0 picks

Positive: Hands the ball properly, understands the fundamental of living room football, understands when to take a sack, knows when to throw it away

Negative: Doesnt throw the deep ball very well, then again some offenses dont require for a QB to throw it more than 5 yards eventhought they throw it 60 times a game.

Summary: Perfect fit for the mike mularkey offense, scored very well in the funnel drill wich indicates strong school ties and fundamental college ability

I believe the same...Cleo will never be an option at starter on this team...He will always be a 3rd stringer no matter who dislikes it. We should let joey finish out the year

Joey unless C-pepp can get on the field before the end, but maybe throw Lemon in there if we lose again.

The bad throws caused the problem. Fact - quess what starting QB has NEVER had back to back games with a QB rating of at least a 100 - - IN HIS CAREER - in the NFL. Yep you quessed it - Joey  . Joey is not the answer, but he is a question :shakeno:

What reasoning do you have that Lemon will never be more then a 3rd quarterback on the roster? I am just looking for reasoning rather then general statements.

Dolphins options at QB

I like some of Joey's qualities, but it seems like it is impossible for him to not throw a very bad interception every game. Based on his play so far, I don't think Joey is the long term answer. However, unless Duante can regain his 2004 pro bowl form, it is unknown if he will every play well again and be the team's future. Duante look bad when given a chance early this season. Since the playoffs are now out of the picture, I think giving Cleo a shot the rest of the season wouldn't be a bad idea to see his potential. Robo sat on the Cowboys bench for four years unitl he finally got his shot, and he is tearing it up this season. Maybe Cleo is a diamond in the rough. Boy, I sure wish we would have paid the extra money and landed Drew Brees in free agency, then we would be set at quarterback! What does everyone else think about our short term and long term options at QB?
