Dammit, jackson is a beast, they have about the same speed why can't Ginn run simple routes like Jackson, he's always hetting open for long passes.

desean jackson

i wish we had this guy on our team. this guy does everything, he returns punts, big plays, catches everything, the guy is a gamer.

this is wat ginn should be like. maybe ginn should watch him.

Simple, route-running ability and no fear of being hit.

because we're not using ginn correctly. We should be using him like how the eagles are using desean jackson. Pure deep threat. The way we're using Ginn is like we want him to become a possession receiver or a no. 1 receiver which he is not.

let ginn run deep routes. let him run screen plays. let him return punts and kick offs.

the end around ginn ran today was great but we need to utilize his speed more.

my 2 cents.

Ginn is missing something between his legs, while Jackson still has his.

We tried that all that. Ginn is just not the same player.. he doesn't have "it"

ted ginn vs. desean jackson

Looking at the two players covering up their faces, it would be hard to distinguish the two. They have the same physique. They have similar speed and agility. Jackson has better hands, but thats not the point right now.

Watching the philly game tonight, I just do not understand why miami does not give ginn the same type of play calls as philly does for Jackson. I know everyone in here hates ginn, but he has big play opportunity written all over him. Mcnabb let's Jackson run down the field giving time for seperation. If Im not mistaken, Henne probably has as strong of an arm as mcnabb and I guarantee miamis o-line is better than phillys, giving Henne time to use his cannon arm and for ginn to get downfield. Sporano and his offensive staff should just sit down and watch a philly game and get some ideas. I can't stand watching Jackson tear up the league while we possess the same type of player!

I wanna hear what you guys think.

I agree. DeSean is hungry though and is proving himself week in and week out. Im just not sure if Teddy has that drive to get to the top...

Jackson possesses incredible acceleration and fast-twitch shiftiness. Unfortunately there's no comparison between the two. One is gifted, the other is well, um, good at sprinting in a straight line?

Jackson is so explosive it's ridiculous and explosive plays are so important in this balanced league. He truly is a difference maker and it's painful looking at Ginn, lamenting at what could have been.

I'd love it if they utilized Ginn on more slant routes and positions to get some YAC. Perhaps though Ginn just isn't good enough for that type of assignment. He seems only good at outs and fly patterns. And Ginn also seems to lack good football intelligence. He has fragile concentration and confidence. I do not think Jackson lacks in that regard.

i think teddy ginn is pretty hungry to make big plays and he has made big plays for us but for some reason he always ends up getting ****y and goes back to being mediocre. he needs to be more consistent im sure they are trying to find a way to fit him into our offense cause he is a powerful tool but like were seeing the chemistry build in bess and caramillo with henne maybe over the this final three game strech we can see something out these two i really think he can be a great reciever in this league they just need more chemistry and i dont think teddy has much confidence in his ability right now but i might be the only fan tha still supports teddy and hopes he can develop into a better player sometime in this season or next im not labeling him as a bust just yet. i dont know maybe its just me being stubborn

i would just like to see Ted take that next step..dont get me wrong though, he has made alot of progress in the last few months. id just like to see him keep improving.

The deep ball to Bess yesterday should have been Ginn out there.. I don't get why they don't use him more for those deep balls but its ridiculous..
