That Wright and the trainer had consulted before practice and the whole thing was a big mis-understanding between the trainer, Wright and Saban. It was completely blown up in the media. The trainer was involved in the decision to keep him out of pads and the coach was not informed in time. No big deal.

Lee2000 If this is true it makes perfect sense in that the guy that walked off the field with him was the trainer.

Makes sense. I actually feel bad for the guy. He is only 21y/o and has an aweful lot on his plate and wasn't able to attend any of the rookie symposiums. It must be tough to have this sooo public.

It's also been said that both Saban and Wright apologized. Like I've said in other threads, Wright will be fine. This whole situation is being blown out of proportion. Other teams fans have a right to laugh at him though.

I'm amazed that the crying thread got so many hits. It doesn't interest me in the slightest. Why do men want to watch another man cry? I'm not challenging anyone's manhood...but, Please.
