.....Braylon Edwards has been traded to the mother ****ing JESTS.

No word yet as to what the Gag Green has given up yet.

OK, I'm not sure what to make of this yet. Edwards was a pretty good receiver BUT he's been a T-rex for quite a while. That's said given that he's leaving the CLE and going to a Phins division rival, I can easily see this turning into another crushing Welker-esque outcome.
 
He has averaged around 3 catches per game for 50 yards or so over the past 20 games.

I can find WR4's that do that.

Hopefully they gave up a 1st for him
 
If the rumors that are coming out are true this is an unbelievable deal for the Jets. I don't believe these rumors so I will wait and seethe details before making a final judgement.
 
Eh

It hurts due to our fo settling for the below average talent we have at wr. Especially when there are better players somewhat available. We all know Edwards has the dropsies, but he his equivalent to our best 2 receivers on his worse day! The jets are actually getting better and so are we, just taking different roads.
 
He thought the Dolphins were going to draft him and he was kinda hurt when they didnt he might have a grudge but he no longer scares me. He had one really good season and from than on has done nothing but drop big passes. I dont think this is one of the Randy Moss things where a change of scenery is gonna help. However this does shut the jets fan up about "Cotchery is a number 1" bs even the front office wasnt buying it. Rex loved good guys I guess. I hope he gets suspended for 4 games for punching a guy 1/3rd his size
 
The Jets probably didn't even have to give up much to get him. Just like the trade up to get Sanchez in the draft, Mangini is throwing his old team a bone.
 
i fthis is true...our passing game jus got a whole lot better!!!!!
