Dolphins receiver Marcus Vick is being sued for $6.3 million by a 17-year-old girl who claims she had a sexual relationship with the former Virginia Tech star from January 2004 through December 2005, according to a Virginia newspaper.

The Roanoke Times reported that the girl identifies herself in the lawsuit, filed Wednesday in Montgomery County Circuit Court, as the one who had sex with Vick on the January 2004 night that led to his arrest and conviction that year.

According to the report, the lawsuit states that the girl was a 15-year-old honor student at Christiansburg High School when she first had sex with Vick; that Vick offered her alcohol and marijuana at various times; that the girl saw Vick smoking marijuana; and that Vick wanted her to have sex with other men.

That sucks. But what exactly are the damages she is suing for? What tort was committed, I'm curious.
 
I'm curious as to what merit the lawsuit has (according to the plaintiff).
 
Does Vick even make money close to the million dollar range? :lol: Thought he signed the rookie minimum.
 
whatever, now hes in the nfl, these girls makin stuff up, enless theres proof, which is highly doubtful she can prove she had sex with him years ago, then this is ridiculous, besides, she consented iam sure....i hate that crap
 
Funny how the girl seems to always be innocent in these cases and most of the time the girl is willing and is just upset that after seeing each other for so long that he ended it so she will now press charges for serving to a minor and statutory rape.

I think the girl has her eyes a little wider open than her brain.

1- Wrong? Yes, of course it is.....but everyone knows Vick had loads of issues.

2- Anyone on this board CAN be "accused" of somthing. Rushing to judge based on the word of a girl looking for a party....Well...Just look at the Duke Lacross team incident.

3- Ask OJ how much he's paid of the civil suit that he lost.
 
What a goldigger....funny how she did not sue Vick until AFTER he made it onto an NFL roster.
