[FONT=Verdana,Arial, Helvetica]MOBILE, Ala. -- General Manager Randy Mueller addressed media reports today that Tennessee has expressed interest to the Dolphins in interviewing him for the same position with the Titans.

"Where does it come from? I really have no idea," Mueller said while attending a Senior Bowl practice. "I don't know what's going on there. I have no information on it.[/FONT]

Well, I kinda figured he hadn't talked with them yet since they just got permission yesterday. The Titans will contact him soon, and I bet he listens.
 
As much as I would like to believe him, I'm still a little cautious after hearing "I'm not going to Alabama, I haven't been in contact with them, nor do I expect to be". :rolleyes2
 
It's totally different than the Saban thing, Saban made a mess, realised he was going to get fired and took the quickest way out.

Mueller has a fresh start as a real GM working with a coach he picked out, and a new contract from one of the best owners in the league.

He has no reason to lie about this.
 
Plus him and Cam are apparently good friends already. He's got a fantastic working environment in a fantastic location. I don't see why he wouldn't want to stay.
 
If he wants to be here, he will be here. What's so hard to understand? Unless he's fired of course
 
god i hope and pray he gets out of here i'd prefer floyd reese or bill parcells as our next general manager!

No, he doesn't I agree with you.

The problem with the Dolphins IMO is that Wayne is a GREAT owner who isn't a football guy. His solution to problems is to throw lots of money at them.

If a Football owner who is REALLY a football guy talks to any GM they might prefer to work for that type of person....

Why do you keep saying this. Please give us some insight on why Parcells or Reese would be better for this team at this point in time. What has Mueller done wrong? Parcells is RETIRED and his energy isnt there anymore.

ALso, dont you think it would be hard to get a new general manager this late in the year?
