I used to think that as well, but actually it works. You may just have to click around to the station that is broadcasting but it works. I dont know how they are doing it....but its like being in your car or at home listening to it on the radio. So someone is taking the radio broadcast and streaming it over the internet.

It definately works, and I have used it several times to catch the Fins game.

Funny, I sometimes listen to the opposing teams stream and often (like KC this week) they seem to have more choices to find a stream that works.

I only had it happen once vs. Carolina....but I just restarted and picked a different carolina station after reboot....didnt drop for the rest of the game.
 
the site is just links to radio affiliates of nfl teams. sometimes some of the stations will leave the internet broadcast on, sometimes they won't. you never know until kickoff.

You may be able to hear it using your siruis web ver. I'm unsure of the full detail I had a sirius onine only trial a year or so ago...
 
i signed up for NFL Field pass on NFL.com. its a free 7 day trial so you just cancel after the game
 
Cool. there's 3 Dolphin sites to choose from, if those go there is like 12 KC stations...

Me too Me too. ****ing Direct TV and the NFL. Dont they realize that only a portion of the fans in the country can actually use Direct TV even if they wanted to. Not to mention the fact that we both probaly waay over paid for those condos in the DC area
 
Radio broadcast.

So it's obvious many fans won't get to see the game -- let's move to plan B. You know, in the old says, they DID listen to the radio for games. In fact, up until a few years ago when DirecTV was still just a mere figment of someone's imagination, this is what people did for games -- they listened to the radio. Hard concept to grasp, huh?

So anyway, is QAM still broadcasting the games or have the Fins been moved to 790? I don't live in Miami, so I wouldn't know.
