MERGEDX2: Andre Goodman is terrible

Him and Crocker are huge liabilities. God why did Jason Allen(first rounder) have to suck?
 
No bitchin today!!! Crocker had a big stop and Goodman had a couple of stops and a big pass defense. Yes, the both have issues...but today they did OK.
 
He did ok today. This is our first year rebuilding and I think we are playing some good D. Hopefully we can pick up a couple of good CB's and a safety next year in the draft and FA.
 
Andre Goodman is terrible.

Enough said. He gets burned every game, and gives up way too many easy passes. We need to start looking at our depth to see who would be better, and only put him in as a nickle/dime back.
 
as I said in another thread....he's not terrible. He's just not a starter in this league. And it's not his fault that he is, blame the coach and FO.

You people really didnt watch the game did you, or just need glasses? Goodman played execellent. One PLAY they got a bomb...

#1 jackson is alot bigger and had such an advantage on that.

#2 goodman was in a zone and reacted elsewhere and then had to break back on the ball.. awkwardly..

#3 he didnt give up anything else all game.

dunno how you say he 'constantly" gets burned.

Excellent?

That one play almost cost us the game, and he got raped on it. He's a terrible corner.
 
He got beat once deep, and he did have very poor positioning on that play even though he stayed with the guy (Jackson I think) and had a chance to break it up or even pick it off.

Newsflash: It happens. Every week, in almost every game. How about the play early in the game where he came over the top of someone (Gates or Jackson) and batted down what would have been a long completion for a first down? That was an excellent play by him.

Goodman about single handedly cost us another game. What kind of pass defense was that? He was in position but has terrible technique and NO confidance. He cost us the Jets game and if you don't believe that he'll be the cause of several more losses, then I hope the coaches aren't as blind as you are.
