MergedX3: NFL Total Access on Dolphins/4 wins??

Was watching NFLTA and saw that Baldingle said we were only going to win 4 games this season and that would we be a good season.

Anybody else think we're only going to win 4 games?
 
after last season 4 wins may feel like 10.. but i wouldnt put anything into what that stooge said he has to be the worst one.. 4 is very probable i think we all want a 6-8 win range.. but 4 is about what i would guess they would think.

Personally I'm hoping for 4 or 5 wins. There's still a lot this team needs to do and it can't be done in one year. This team has question marks at every position, so for an analyst to pick the fins for more than 4 or 5 would be taking a gamble in my opinion.
 
Well there's no denying we need some luck to go our way for a change, but I think when you see someone predict so few wins. IMO it has as much to do with their personal feelings about a team as anything. I'll promise you if the Eagles had gone 1-15 last year Brian would have predicted they would have a shot at 9 wins this year. Just remember everyone these are just predictions...nothing else. I mean we haven't even had one mini camp yet.
 
i mean honestly we can win 10 games . . . maybe more . . . but that is if everything falls into place. QB is a stud . . . R n R are killing with a fully gelled OLine from the beginning . . . Ginn breaks out . . . the Defensive plays big time ball . . . .

However, almost every team can say this . . . . realistically speaking . . . we look more likely to win 5 games . . . predicting that the QB situation is a work in progress and the OLine wont be gelled early . . . the D will not be dominant . . . I mean this was a mess and it should take more than a year to fix.
 
i think they are not giving our dolphins a lot of credit. They forget that 6 games were lost last season by 3 points per. We def. upgraded in almost every position, not to mention ricky and ronnie be healthy. how can you not be upgraded from last years dismel season. we will win at least 6 games. IMO we can win 10 games by controlling the ball with our great backs and hopefully(fingers crossed) amazing line we are set to have.
 
I think if things break right 6-7 wins or maybe more could be realistic. it doesn't take much to go from bad to good in this league today BUT I wouldn't expect 6-7-8 wins, go in expecting a rebuilding year and winning around 4 games and if they win more(like I think they will) then you'll be pleasantly surprised rather than going in expecting 8-9 wins and winning 6 then being disappointed.

Bad teams lose alot of close games, we had only 4 wins but lost a ton of close games. We could have beaten Bal, Buf twice, NYG, philly, Wash, Cincy, Cle, NE, & Ten. We weren't a good team and didn't make winning plays down the stretch that cost us alot of games. Bad teams lose those games.
 
Who knows everyone guessing. In the NFL your schedule could look very hard at the beginning of the season, then injuries happen to some teams and your schedule could look like a cakewalk. It could be 4 wins or it could be 10.
 
There's no denying that we were bad last season but minus all the injuries, we could have won 4+ games. Now that we have an upgraded coaching staff, o-line and depth on the d-line, 4 wins will be an absolute minimum. If our QB and rb situations pan out, we can go .500.
