I personally have no problem with that. To this point Philbin is just another guy. Im not advocating firing him because I think he deserves a 3rd year but I would be ok with it

I think Philbin is solid, but not spectacular. What I wanted from an "offensive" coach was someone who could make the team better through schemes and game plans.

Look at what Andy Reid and Marc Trestman have done this year.

Have we gotten that with Philbin and Sherman? No.

It makes me sad to think that Wanny sidelined Trestman because his coaches revolted. Spineless weasel.

Dear Mr. Ross, I'm tired of hating just about everyone in this organization. Please bring in smart people that actually know what they're doing. Also, if you sell the team to someone like Micky Arison, that would be nice, too.

Thanks for posting...Its exactly how I feel also and will be apathetic toward the franchise until they get something symbolizing a NFL team instead of a soap opera. Why is it so difficult South of Atlanta? The Colts had one bad season...Got Lucky and are right back. Why is it Miami cannot put the pieces together after 20 years of failure?
Ross is ultimately the head & you get the feeling he is more concerned about grey poupon on his sandwich than the franchise he owns.
