Messam's fit

Messam is a perfect fit for this new offense. Absolutely perfect. Excellent blocker and receiver with some serious straight line speed. He will be a legitimate big play threat as well as a better than average option at feature back if there are injury problems with Bush and Thomas.

Daniel Thomas could actually be considered expendable and used in a draft day trade.
 
I'd trade R Bush. He is nearing the end of a running back's career. He had his best season last year and I'm 95% sure he will not do it again. Plus he makes $6 million a year which is a lot. More then all of our other RB/FBs combined. We need to start looking ahead.

Dude, I think you have lost your mind. Right now he is the only thing we have that the opposition has to game plan for. Not to mention he is not a cancer in the locker room.
