Well I'm a manager at Lowe's, in jonesboro ar.... I'm standing in the main aisle when this guy approches me decked out in dolphin gear so I think to myself this is not an everyday thing iin arkansas. I told him I liked his taste and I'm a huge fan. He replied " well I'm no fan I'm on the team" I reply I know this is embarrasing but what's your name he said marcus brown number 32 he's a corner. I asked him several things one that we already know he said tannehill isn't ready but garrard looks good! Then I asked him about lamar miller. He said "miller..miller..miller.. number 44 right?" I said yeah he replied he's real fast says miller is special he said he hasn't had much time with the offense. I know he's not a high profile player but he's a phin and I wished him luck next year a real cool dude

That is a cool story. I must say, I do find it interesting that he was in Dolphins gear outside of Florida. Call me crazy, but unless they have been fans of the team they play for, don't most players not wear team related items unless it's for an event or they are at the stadium?

Forgive my spelling. This was sent from my phone.

Very neat. Interesting he wore his gear out like that, but it's free clothing and since he's a roster cut (most likely) I don't blame him for getting the most mileage out of the whole thing.

Cool story. I've met a couple of NFL players too. One dude i don't remember his name at all. He's an EX player for the ravens, back up center or practice squad guy. I was at the outside bar at the ale house in boca off yamatto with my buddy who's a huge redskins fan. dude next us was had a skins hat on or something and we were bull****ting with him. my buddy showed him his legendary RGIII TAT. Keep in mind this is before they even drafted him lol! Dude goes to his car and says, hey matybe he will get them one of these and he showed us the super bowl ring from the ravens giants super bowl.

Another cool recent story, A friend of mine works at/is a regular at a YMCA (withholding location) and said hey you should come out and play some basketball, sometimes some NFL guys show up with dante culpper etc. Sure enough dante was there along with some other likes Jason Taylor, Ilama Francis (who is an absolute physical freak, how does this guy not play is beyond me) and some others I don't remember. This was before last season and man did jason taylor have some quick feet. Saw him setting up culpepper fo a spin move, called it...here comes the spin! and bam. Culpepper is a real cool guy and he's super friendly with the high school kids etc.

I met Alonzo Highsmith once when I was younger walking through an apartment complex. My half-brothers got to play catch with Craig Erickson at his condo my step-dad was doing some construction at his condo. I was working out a Caltas fitness about 4 years ago and a bucs player (can't remember his name) practice squad guy I think. Well anyways he came up to me and said my Nike shocks were nice and wanted to know where I got them at! Simeon Rice poped in there a couple of times.

Played a round of golf with Tony Nathan.

Met O.J. Simpson who was playing in the group in front of us. 3 months later he was on trial for murder.

Maybe you can offer him a job after he gets cut....

J/K bro, that's a cool story and actually I'm a bit jealous...

...I have never met anyone even remotely connected to the team, which is strange because Brandon Fields went to high school here and Curtis Johnson, a CB on the '72 team went to HS, College and then worked as a Fireman here....

I hope he does well with our Phins

I sat chatting with Kuech for about 10 mins waiting for our respective hair cutters to get done at a place in Deerfield Beach a number of years ago.

I've nener met any one famous if you want to call a practice guy famous but back to you're story why would you in Jonesboro Arkansas over Miami if you paly for the Dolphins
