Met Wes Welker today...

Met Wes today at a bar in midtown NYC today watching the preakness. Three things:

-He's kind of dumb and is definately not 5-9 as listed (very jacked though)

-He said he didn't think Brady was coming along that well. When I asked him if Brady would be ready for the season he said " I don't know, he didn't look that good recently but he hoped he would get better".

-He said the Pats org was a much better org than the Fins at which point I just said take it easy man. haha.

What gets me is some people were actually sad to see him leave....I always love his interviews, that way I can tell the kids, "See why you need an education".
