The New York Mets have a chance to be represented very well at the All-Star Game.

In the latest voting released Monday, the Mets have leaders at four positions.

The Mets have leaders in third baseman David Wright, shortstop Jose Reyes, catcher Paul Lo Duca and outfielder Carlos Beltran.

Looking to become the first third baseman in franchise history to win a starting job in the Midseason Classic, Wright (1,018,804) is nearly 200,000 votes in front of Scott Rolen (819,390) of the St. Louis Cardinals.

Wright, who ranks sixth in the NL with .336 average, would become the first Met third baseman since Howard Johnson in 1989 to start an All-Star Game. Johnson was filling in for the injured Mike Schmidt.

Reyes (769,919) is less than 100,000 votes in front of David Eckstein (689,054) of St. Louis.

Lo Duca (960,111) leads former Met Mike Piazza (680,773) of the San Diego Padres for the starting job behind the plate.

In the outfield, the top vote-getter is Beltran (1,129,865), followed by Alfonso Soriano (1,084,936) of the Washington Nationals and Jason Bay (1,069,986) of the Pittsburgh Pirates.

The leading overall vote-getter is Cardinals first baseman Albert Pujols (1,777,968), who still leads the league in homers (25) and RBI (65) despite missing the last two weeks with a strained oblique.

At second base, Chase Utley (984,648) of the Philadelphia Phillies leads Craig Biggio (825,856) of the Houston Astros.

Rosters for the 77th All-Star Game, to be played July 11 at PNC Park in Pittsburgh, will be released at 7 p.m. EDT on Sunday, July 2.
