After looking at the remaining schedules for JAC and KC...they look very likely to finish at 9-7 or 8-8.

So if we finish 10-6 we are going to be the 6th seed. But if we finish 9-7... we can still have a tiebreaker over them.

KC and JAC will likely finish with 6-6 or 5-7 conference records which if we end at 9-7 we can still have a tie breaker if we have better division records or conference records.

If we beat the Pats, Jets, and Bills...we finish with a 3-3 division record. If we only lose to IND we finish with a 6-6 conference record...so...

We can still end up with a tie breaker over them if we finish 9-7.

Plus, I think KC ends up 8-8 anyway.

Why do people care if the FANS look ahead and predict our final record it is not the players doing it.

LOL. Honestly I think you can pencil in a victory against the Colts. They will have their backups in the game, you can bank on it.

Question is can we survive this weekend and survive until then? I dunno man that is one TOUGH task.

I'll tell you what NEEDS to happen for that to happen...defense must keep up its intensity, and Chris Chambers must go HOT. Red Hot. And Ronnie Brown must continue running behind a renewed OL.

If all those things happen we'll be tough to beat by any team. We're lucky in that a lot of teams could possibly overlook us a little bit.

This game is key. If we can beat KC tomorrow...we will beat MIN and DET. Although, if we lose to one of those 2, we can still make playoffs via tie breaker.

5 of next 7 @ home.
I'm praying for that Miami magic baby! One game at a time.

Take off the homer glasses and give me a break. This team finally plays a complete game in week 8, and we are going to the playoffs? We win 2 out of our 1st 8 games, and we are gonna finish on a 9 game winning streak? :shakeno:

Your kidding right? Miami has no shot. To many good teams in the AFC.

exactly AND i personally think Bell got us a W yesturday. seemed as if he single handedly wiht JT won us the game as far as D goes. he inserted so much life and play making it was not real. too good to be true.

thing is, we always get killed to the Chiefts but if we DO win this game, that will show our true characters. if we dont, i dont think nethign will happen for the season.

its not that its bad, just its one game at a time for a team that has just 2 wins.
