Miami could learn from the Arizona Cardinals

You forgot to mention they picked up a pretty good LB who's playing at a career high level this year...

Who Ireland just discarded....great move again Jeffy!

Last year, the Arizona Cardinals has the worst oline in the NFL. Their qb was sacked a league worst 58 times. They lost so many games. This year, they signed a guard, drafted another plus a really good tackle in the draft. They drafted two good running backs and traded for qb. Results so far, 7-4 and playing. I forgot to mention that they fired their coach too. If only Miami would learn from them. The fact is this is not a bad team at all. Fix the Oline, draft a couple of running backs and we could be pushing NE for division lead. Tell me am I dreaming ?????

I don't see a way to copy or learn from Arizona Cardinals. They will return to be a bad team again pretty soon, while Dolphins are in the middle of a rebuilding process.
Ryan Tannehill needs a decent O-line, a better blocking running back and a pair of TE to show his talent. Philbin needs time to finish his job. And Dolphins need to find a new GM, Jeff Ireland is a great scout but the most questionable GM.

Gimme a break.. Its always an excuse with you. You said their QB stinks, the numbers show otherwise.

the #s in recent weeks show otherwise, through the season his #s stink and again I don't judge based solely on #s.

Every team in the NFL can learn from the Cardinals in the sense of getting a great HC. NFL is a coaches league and always has been. Arians has been a great position coach and OC in the NFL and showed last year in Indy he can handle the HC duties also.

Cardinals found their man, good for them and him. Well deserved.

Arians was there for the asking... we didnt... Ireland is the GM, if he was due diligent he would've pushed him as Top 3 candidate - fail
