Miami Dolphin Pro Bowlers??

It's around the time of year that the Pro Bowl teams are chosen. Just wanted to see what you guys thought of Dolphin players chances. I think a few Fins who might get some consideration for the Pro Bowl are Brent Grimes, Olivier Vernon, and Brandon Fields. The only player on offense I see who might be considered is Pouncey. That's an uphill battle because our line has been so shoddy this year. What do you guys think?
 
Fields although deserving probably won't make it. I could see John Denney making the pro bowl. Clay has a boxer's chance of making it but think Julius Thomas & Antonio Gates get it over him.
 
I think you pretty much just said it. Charles Clay may have an outside shot of getting in. Jordan Cameron will be the top vote but after that Charles Clay would get my vote over Gates.
 
Vernon and Wake both have a shot if they finish up the year well. Brent Grimes should get in, he's been great.
 
The Pro Bowl is a popularity contest not a means of determining who is the best at a position. Now if you want to look at who could be named to the All-Pro team, Fields and Pouncey would be the most likely.
 
You mean the pro bowl where half the players don't go, and most are from the super bowl teams who can't go? Going to a pro bowl these days means nothing.

The Pro Bowl isn' split by conference this year, so the other AFC guys don't matter...

I think Clay will get in, or at least as an alternate.

Grimes, Clay, Wake, OV and Fields
 
Grimes has not allowed a TD this year and had 4 picks + a bunch of PD. And a 94-yard pick 6 that really helped win a meaningful prime time game. If he doesn't get in then the Pro Bowl process is a complete joke.
 
Starks should be there. He is having an outstanding year.
