Miami Dolphins 2025 Free Agency Signings! Chris Grier spits in the face of every Dolphins fan everywhere!

Campbell was an interesting re-sign. Doesn't bring a whole lot to the table except good ST play. Seems like they might be thinking Ashtyn starting at FS and McMorris v Melon at SS.

This is concerning.
It is concerning. I hope they can fix this before the draft because our first pick, at least, is better spent somewhere else than safety. I don't think any of the 3 possible starters you mention can be expected to hold up against Josh Allen or even Drake Maye

Watts in the 2nd would make me feel a lot better about this group ... but they might be planning on corner, DT, or guard there.

Yeah, good points, we still need corners and DTs. I feel better about them bc we have 11 picks and I could see us taking 2-3 DTs in the middle rounds
I want an OL at 13 but if we took CB Will Johnson you can't really argue with that

I posted the same thing… is there good safety options in the 2nd/3rd that could plug and play?

We still need 1 starting OL, 1 starting DL, 1 starting CB, 1 starting S and depth LB, DL, OL, TE… Yeesh.

if we can get Lamm back that would be huge for tackle depth assuming Armstead retires.

You gotta figure those first 5 picks or so are being used on guys to * start * -- which is crazy when you think about it. Just look at the gaping holes on the roster and assume they'll draft accordingly.

Good teams draft for depth and the future. This team needs to plug and play starters even into the late rounds. Bananas.

Not liking this Mock. Any chance Kelvin Banks drops to us?

Tyler Warren could help boost the Dolphins' offense in both the run game as a blocker and in the passing game as a target over the middle for Tua Tagovailoa. He's the 2024 John Mackey Award winner as college football's top tight end, and he is the only college football player since 2017 with at least 30 snaps at out at tight end, out wide, in the slot, in the backfield and at quarterback in a season, per CBS Sports Research. Head coach Mike McDaniel could have his own George Kittle down in South Florida.

Watts in the 2nd is the only one I'd be comfortable with just inserting into the lineup and not worrying about it. Man War is another but we'd have to use 13 ... too rich imo. Starks is just a guy to me ... 13 is about 2 rounds too high.

That next tier are guys like Winston and Ransom ... good prospects but you don't want to throw them to the wolves in the starting lineup unless you have to. Sanker late is another option.

Those are basically the only ones I like ... Watts being the only reasonable option to start.

Most starting safeties are drafted in the 2nd and 3rd, aren't they? I mean, when we drafted Holland in the 2nd, he was the first one off the board, and that's pretty normal.

'22 was an anomaly though. A few were taken in the 1st, but I think they were all at the bottom of the round.

I have no freaking idea who Miami should draft. And neither does anyone else. I don’t care about the twitch or the cone or the fluxcapacitor, Let’s just hope whoever it is works out.

In fact, can someone show me a correlation between players with “twitch” or good cone drills or whatever and successful draft picks?
