I think that everyone of these guys, if utilized correctly, could make a contribution next season.

I was LIVID when we traded up to pick DT, now he has a few more years to prove me wrong but I don't see it....And for the record when we took Ronnie Brown #2 overall I strongly considered disowning this team. I just come from the school of though that unless a guy like AP is available you take a skill player of need - Ronnie Brown a part time running back in college was the #2 overall pick makes me sick to this day, I guess its not as bad as Ginn at #9 but its in the same ballpark.

If you remember correctly, runningback was the #1 highest position of need in 2005. Unless of course you enjoyed Sammy Morris, Lamar Gordon, and Travis Minor as our runningbacks.. And yes I know of a Frank Gore that was chosen in the second round - Hindsight means nothing.

I loved the Pouncey pick and didn't get why so many of you guys hated it. He was the best interior OL in the draft by far and he should only get better.

I never was a fan of Thomas as a prospect and didn't like the trade up for him; i felt there were better, more versatile backs like Demarco Murray who would have made more sense.

Didn't think much of Gates or Clay at the time but I liked what I saw from Clay this past year; he looks like a late round steal with some big play potential.
