DAVIE - The
Miami Dolphins have signed safety Nate Ness, a rookie free safety from Arizona, to the practice squad.
Ness replaces defensive lineman Derrick Jones, who spent the past two weeks on the practice squad.
In 25 games (19 starts) during two seasons at the University of Arizona, Ness totaled 107 tackles, seven interceptions for 166 yards in returns and two fumble recoveries. As an undrafted rookie, Ness spent time this season with the Browns,
