Great coaches collect and maintain talent. As a coach you are asked to coach talent. So when Philben got rid of Marshall, it proved to me right away that this coach can't become a leader of men. If you can't deal with a player of marshalls caliber, you have no business being a head coach. Its your job to check and keep you players in line.
