I'm skeptical. I believe he has the desire and want-to to be great, but I don't think he has the skill to be much more than average. It is his second year, so I will cut him some slack. Hopefully, he proves me wrong.

Charles Harris was sitting at his locker on Wednesday afternoon, as he glanced over at a locker vacated by injured William Hayes.

“His work ethic,” Harris said. “That’s it. Just work ethic. The way he loves the game. The way he’s serious about the game. That tenacity he brings to the game.”

Then Harris looked over a locker vacated by injured Andre Branch.

“Same,” Harris said. “Work ethic. The passion he brings. He’s our hype man. He’s the one who gets everyone lit. He’s still going to do that. It won’t be no drop off. It won’t be a drop off.”

What the Dolphins are hoping is that with Harris taking on an increased role, starting this Sunday at New England, there is no drop off from the production of Hayes (injured reserve, knee) and Branch (knee).

I gotta say, I really love Charles Harris' dedication and his work ethic. In that regard he's the exact opposite of Dion Jordan. But if work ethic was all it took, I would be a star DE. What I see right now is a guy who patterns his game after Cam Wake, but doesn't have the get-off and the raw power of Cam Wake. He's got a spin move (that Cam doesn't have) but nothing to set it up. He hustles but just doesn't have the athleticism to close and make a play. I hope I'm wrong but I just don't see the raw talent there.

Oh for sh*t’s sake Charles. You sound like a jilted schoolgirl on Prom night.

Just shut the f—k up and do your f—king job

Man i hope he steps up. No excuses if he continues to be meh.

Get at least one sack on Sunday and shut up the doubters. If he gets two, maybe we'll quit talking about him being nothing more than a bust (to some). It seems like he may needed to take some time to develop his NFL game. Some people need more time.
