Dion Jordan can’t seem to catch a break. Dion Jordan is also kind of lucky.

For sure, with his injury history, negligible impact on games and now his four-game suspension, Jordan’s first 16 months in the NFL have not gone according to plan.
And yet, the Dolphins are deep at defensive end, so they’ve been able to largely make due without him.
Plus, he plays in a city where the No. 3 overall pick is given a bit of time to actually prove himself before someone foolishly writes him off as a bust — even though he has never taken a truly healthy snap in the league.
But even the most patient fan base (and front office) wants to see something from the first defensive player taken in the 2013 draft, preferably as soon as Jordan gets back from his four-game NFL suspension for taking a banned substance.
Jordan expects nothing less.
“I’m going into my second year now, and I am looking forward to that big game where I come up and make big-time plays for our team and win these games,” Jordan said Sunday.

Yeah Im not reading that, we`ve had our fair share of those on Dion Jordan... Its time to put up or shut up...

I'm a Jordan believer; if gets it going this year, watch out!

I'm with you. But, early on it's not looking too promising. I really was expecting a disruptive player going up-against the 2nd and 3rd string O-linemen for Atlanta...NOTHING!!!!

Great pick! Exactly what you are looking for when you trade up to 3!

Jordan's margin of error at this point is 0. He's one more screw up from being an official BUST.

Is that sarcasm? Ok, clicking on the link to see who wrote it now, guessing Omar....

Adding so much weight in a shot period is a concern. I'm no expert but, from what I've read it is possible to add 15-20 pounds of muscle in a year but, not 6 months without "help." The total weight can be added along with muscle but, goes away with strenuous physical workouts.

IF it was enhanced, I think when the enhancement is stopped, it creates a problem. I guess we will see in a couple of months.

if it was enhanced lol it was enhanced thus the 4 game suspension

trade him to philly this offseason...let him play in a system that fits...probably can still get a 3 for him then

he still may get us 6 sacks or so cause of his bull rush and strength but the added weight hurt other parts of his game...i doubt he can cover a tight end like gronk anymore...poor kid...miscast from the get go

drop the weight this offseason and play a every down olb in a 34

Not to mention he really did not do a lot of coverage last offseason so the covering of such and such is quite premature until he has done it more than like a couple of times

he had the skill set to cover last year at a lighter weight...at least to cover in some packages...now he just looks bloated and his explosion is not the same...it has to be the most dissappointing thing for me...i suspected the mike switch with misi may not pan out despite all his efforts and try hard you just cant teach a guy to play a good mike but dion jordan was suppose to offset our run game deficiencies in the sub package with the edge pass rush...we took a top 5 pick worthy specimen and athlete and turned it into a plugger type de almost

ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...you may get more snaps due to the weight gain but i doubt you get more splash plays as a result...it's pretty much diminishing returns

he doesnt carry that weight well

I never liked Jordan top 5 period, seems like a guy that should have been drafted lower but somehow thrills certain people in shorts. jNever saw him as this destructive force at Oregon. Good , solid player with potential but to me you don't draft that type of guy at number 3 overall.
He is definitely a 3-4 guy though and is so mismatched in a 4-3
