I’m more convinced that Rosen didn’t want to be here anymore. Fitz and Tua essentially guaranteed that without Covid or injury etc he wasn’t going to be playing for awhile. He wants to be a starter in this league and that was unlikely in Miami. After disgusting that with the team they mutually decided to try and trade him. After that didn’t work they released him and wished him the best.

I tend to agree. Looks like Flo doesn't want to start Tua right away and they'd like a practice squad QB.
