Miami Dolphins' home and away opponents for 2017

I always like predicting the primetime games, which I think we'll have atleast 2 next year.
I'd say @NY Jets on a Thursday night (always a thursday night game)
NE @Home on Sunday night early in the year (thinking first 6 weeks)
and I'll go with an AFC West team for a Monday night game. Lets go with Home for Denver.

Hopefully we get the week 1 Thursday night game at home :D

I bet you Denver will find a QB, if not Romo then someone. Elway won't miss.

To say the Jets and Bills are in flux is to say the same about us after last year. Hell, we were a full on dumpster fire. Bills are just a head coach away from being a playoff team. Jets have more issues, but a QB and a few key players can make all the difference to lift them up some. That said...division games are never an easy chalk win.

Saints are pesky, as are the Chargers. KC will be tough but we should be getting better as well.

Tampa is trending up. Atlanta will be in their new sphincter roof done and will be tough.

I always look at QBs to determine difficulty of schedule. 2017 looks tough outside of AFCE...

Brees, Winston, Carr, Mariota, Newton, Ryan, Rivers, Smith, Flacco.

Only opponent without a top QB is Denver who will probably snag Romo in the offseason.

That's a tough set of games. Defense will need to be priority in the offseason.

How do we seem to always play SD and Baltimore? Tennessee quite a bit lately too.
I think the Phins will do well against this schedule with a few key upgrades on D and the Oline. Staying healthy won't hurt either.

It's because they tend to finish in the same spot in their division as us.

It's why Peyton Manning and Tom Brady played against each other practically every year because they always finished first in their respective divisions.

Finishing in the same position within respective divisions coupled with we play each AFC division once every three years.

Yea I will be finding a way to make either that Atlanta game or the Carolina game.

Been wanting to road trip from South Florida for a while now and with Tampa playing us at home this year, those make the most sense. Would be nice to check out Atlanta's new digs.

:sidelol:

Nobody wants to see the Sucks or the hot garbage that passes for AFC South football. Sounds about right.

It's funny since they are in-state rivals. The Panthers and Lightning have a pretty good rivalry going though they are also in the same division. But this Florida team vs Florida team never caught on with Dolphins fans at least. Not sure how Jags or Bucs fans feel.

If the Colts win and titans lose this weekend won't the second strength of schedule team be the Colts and not the titans? I thought indy has a tie breaker with them if they have the same record?

Debating going to KC or the Chargers.

KC has BBQ but don't want to go there in Nov or Dec

I would prefer Sandy Eggo over hollywood.
