Home Depot had them last year. I dont know if they still have them now, if they dont then they will probably bring them back before the season starts.

I know the home depot down here has them for 99 dollars, but you have to order the fins stuff seperateley online for 30.

No you can't. I just got a mini fridge a little bit bigger than that for 200 bucks. Those things arn't cheap.
