The 104 yards Chad Henne's offense (and it is HIS offense) put up against the Jets was the third worst offensive performance in team history.
It's also another hint that things on offense are getting worse before they get better because teams are catching up to what Henne's strengths and weaknesses are.
This teams can't afford to go 4-for-14 on third downs, and take six sacks again.
The Jets did cage the Wildcat this time, limiting the scheme to six total yards on seven plays.
This was the first time all season the Dolphins didn't rush for over 100 yards. The Dolphins averaged 2.3 yards on its 23 attempts because the Jets routinely put eight and nine players in the box daring the Dolphins to beat them with the passing game.
Miami couldn't.
"As the game went on, we just didn't make plays. We just couldn't finish plays, and credit has to go to that [Jets defense]," Dolphins coach Tony Sparano said. "There are some things that we left out there ourselves. A couple of self-inflicted things that we did to ourselves."
