Miami Dolphins offering free tickets to blood donors

Really, this is what has come our season has become. I mean it is a worthwhile activity, but is our fan base so apathetic that we have to use this to generate interest.

One of my favorite events of the year officially has a date.
The Miami Dolphins and Florida’s Blood Centers has teamed up for the third annual Touchdown for Life blood drive, and the event will take place on Oct. 11 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Sun Life Stadium.
This event is a blood drive the team has sponsored and hosted the past two years. Donors not only get a tour of the locker room and stadium, but they also get to meet players in an autograph session that goes all day (with waves of players participating).
