Miami Dolphins release fullback Carl Tucker from practice squad

I checked yesterday. Fuller has been active since Monday. We haven't heard anything because Shaheen and Jackson were listed as Covid (Jackson seems weird since he was active Sunday)....
But that from the MD roster website
 
Offical back to 53 with Jackson active. Fuller has officially taken Shaheen spot while he is on reserve

i guess we have an open spot on the Practice Squad then?

wonder who we're looking at bringing in, and why it wasn't announced contemporaneously with the Tucker release.
