This is a list of who is running our team. I post it because many believe they know better than they do on football decisions. In looking at the list, we have 23 coaches, and 17 guys in personnel.

That's 30 NFL experienced minds, with all the benefits of a Billion dollar NFL industry at their disposal in film, interviews, talking to family, former coaches, and friends etc, to make a decision on players.

We sometimes discount that because, as Phans, we saw some players, and know better. In some cases, that is true but, consider what you are up against.

Bottom line is being lucky as opposed to good. JMO

Well...After years of Wanny,Nic Satan,Cameron & Sparano and too many obvious bonehead game losing decisions to count , I think we have the right to be somewhat skeptical. I still don't believe Henne was ever Coached the 2 minute offense while in MIA or that Sparano realized what the challenge flag intended use was during the game.

I do like Philbin though...He impressed me last season & seems to be a straight up Guy.

Agreed. My point is that some believe they know more than these guys with likely 300+ years of NFL experience. Sometimes, Phans are right but, they should not think it is because the team did not do their homework.

Sobe, you've been on a crusade today about this... so with these 300+ years of football experience and a roster that JI built with "no glaring holes on it".... you expect us to win how many games this year?

And 31 other teams have x amount of years of experience, but 31 of them fail every year. Being "smarter" than fans doesn't make them good at their job relative to what bar they are held to in order to be considered successful.

Bored, and having a wee bit of fun Daman. :)

So we have a Roof and a Cover.

Clayton Idle has a nice scam going, if he's paid twice

That would be 40 minds wouldn't it? Or are we arbitrarily assigning 25% to 'inexperienced' by default? ;) just kidding!
