The Dolphins are 5-4 after a nail-biting win against the Seattle Seahawks. The Dolphins are now third in the division and only one game out of first place. This week is the second of three straight home games as the 2-7 Oakland Raiders come to town. Can the Dolphins, a team that went 1-15, really be 6-4 after week 11? We shall see. Good luck to all that participate in this week's VBookie event.

Nailbiting? I don't have any fingertips left nonetheless fingernails  There is no reason why I should be scared out of my mind playing the Raiders, but thanks to horrific play today, I am :(

JP gets a sack, does a .5 sack count??

And if not, does two .5 sacks count??

I like Defense, 2+ interceptions sounds good to me against an Russel lead Offense.

Nailbiter is right. I hope to have a much 'looser' game next Sunday as the Dolphins stomp all over the Raiders.

I just bet:

500 - Oakland covers the spread. (I think we win by 7 or 10 points)
100 - Mia gets kickoff
100 - Porter gets sack
300 - TD outta the Wildcat
300 - We get 2 picks or more
100 - Oakland no points in the 3rd quarter
5 - Tom Cable fired before the end of the game. (never know)

I have one suggestion for future weeks: More two-way propositions. Like last week I checked this thread and was astonished at the lopsided percentage of dollars on the Dolphins to cover the spread, even though it was a .500 team giving more than a TD.

Some of the props are creative but when it only allows a "yes" or pass, we really don't know what people are thinking. The even money type props like Porter to get a sack could also have a "no" option.

Anyway, good job, Nublar. I like that the pointspread is properfully changed, like the move from -12.5 last night to -10.5 now, mirroring the actual sportsbook move.

Thank you for the ideas. Maybe next week I will incorporate some of the "no" options.

WTF? - 10.5??? What is Vegas thinking? They keep taking away points. C'mon, we're not that good! LoL! :D

D-day, I would like to say you are a living legend! I wasn;t around during your time but I have looked around in the archived threads that are pre- VIP HOF threads. I enjoy your posts very much and wanna say thanks and hope you are back!
