According to the web site, Rant Sports, David Woodley is Miami's worst quarterback of all time.

So that means all the crappy quarterbacks that came after Marino were better. Is this site right? I am not sure, but I figure it would be good for a debate.

On a side note,
Tim Tebow got Denver's worst quarterback. I also thought about putting Tannehill's name in the title but figured that was too easy

Not that many to choose from honestly. Miami had some serious stability at QB and head coach for the first 30+ years of existence.

Woodley?!?! Wtf. Who wrote this crap. It's not even close to Woodley. Dumbte, beck, Miss Cleo..... The list goes on

It doesn't get worse than John Beck. If I recall he started 3 games and in those 3 games he struggled to even receive the shotgun snap numerous times. He looked absolutely terrified on the field.

John Beck was 0-4 as a starter. Trent Green was 0-5 and Bernie Kosar was 0-2

Green and Kosar has their moments in their careers, but were not very good by the time they played for us. I'd have to go with Beck.

Edit: As a point of interest, David Woodley has a winning record in the post season.

Dante was def the most disappointing. Such high hopes going into that season. Beck stunk badly too. Not sure if white qualifies with enough playing time but he was just awful.

Stupid site. Woodley (w help from Strock) got us to a SB. Problem was he played that game drunk - he suffered from undiagnosed social phobia and drank himself to death. Had a liver transplant in his 30's and kept drinking until he passed at 44. Very sad. But to call him the worst QB we've ever had is borderline ********. He was probably the 4th or 5th BEST in team history after Griese, Marino, Morrall, struggling now...

PS: for what it's worth he had a similar physical profile to Tannehill. Athletic, played some WR, big arm, etc.

I understand why they would pick Woodley from the angle that he held a successful team back, but there is nobody on the field worse than the combo of Pat While and John Beck. Both second round picks, Beck was beyond lost on the field and Pat White never even completed a pass.
